Life is in Phases

We all know that life is in phases.

I look at my life and I am awed at the different phases in my life and how I have been able to adapt to them!!!

From being a little child, to a teenager, to a young adult, to a mom and now being a Mom-Coach (Life and Business coach for moms). I’m indeed amazed!!!

I get this question a lot! – “What is your secret – how do you do it all?!?”

Truth be told, I do not just  have ONE secret!

I have a beautiful cocktail of Faith, Family, Friends, Team Members and the list go on and on. All these various factors has helped me to be where I am today! These factors (plus others) will also help me through the different phases of my life!

But one major secret (out of my many secrets:); is “Time Management”. I have so many YouTube Videos on this particular topic. You can check it out here<<<

The thing is I don’t necessarily like to call it “Time Management”, I love to call it “You Management” because everything is about you.

Here are three tips for nailing your “You Management”

Know what you want from life
Have a To Do List that works for you (Check out my video here >>> on How To Create An Effective To Do List
Stay Motivated

The blend of these three factors makes it look like it is “easy” for you.

Life is indeed in phases and it is up to us to make sure we sail through the phases smoothly.

I’ll See you around

My Fancy Kimono

Online shopping is a great arsenal for all moms. The other day, I discovered this amazing fashion online store. I got some really lovely summer outfits at a great deal! Being so impressed with their fast delivery and quality, I decided to order some much needed outfits. I ordered this fancy kimono. It had great reviews and it was one size fits all. What could go wrong? When it arrived, it looked exactly like what was online and the quality was great. When I put it on, it was not a good fit. My initial reaction was ,”oh well”. But later as I looked at the fancy kimono, I realised that it was “one size fit all”.
